Welcome to a residence that feels like home
Our house sits in the heart of Santiago, fully refurbished, with single apartments and private or shared rooms. Every space has been renovated: new floors, new tiling, new bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two comfortable dining rooms.
Around us is the civic and cultural district of the city: Santa Lucía hill, the National Library, Universidad Católica, Universidad de Chile and several other universities and institutes, along with museums, banks, cinemas and theatres, all within walking distance.
It would be an honour to host you. We look after every guest personally, and we mean it when we say service comes first.
