The House

Santa Lucía Residencia is a two storey house in the heart of Santiago, fully refurbished, with modern floors and tiling. Rooms come with solid wood furniture, wardrobes, televisions and new bathrooms.

Three water heaters keep hot water running at all hours, and there are three large, fully equipped kitchens. There are also small single and double apartments with a bathroom inside the suite.

The second floor has rooms with polished floors and a separate living and dining area. On the ground floor, a garden path separates the rooms from the apartments, which makes each one more independent and lets you enjoy the open air.

The house has cable TV and a Maytag laundry room with washers and dryers, available to every resident. It is a block and a half from Santa Lucía metro station, south side, along San Isidro to Sara del Campo 540, between San Isidro and Carmen.
