About Us

Santa Lucía Residencia is a solid, carefully run business with no less than 20 years of experience. That lets us anticipate what our guests need and offer good agreements to public and private companies, executives, national and international delegations, and students from abroad and from other Chilean cities.

Our guests feel at home here and share a warm, relaxed environment. The house also has a garden with small tables where you can sit outside.

We host people for short seasons of two or three months and also people who live here permanently. Every guest gets personal attention and a tailored agreement, which makes it financially attractive as well.
